This week the Lite Goodie’s favorite is the Chia Seed. This superfood is high in omega 3, fibers and protein as well. Also, chia seeds are helpful for those who are trying to loose weight: they reduce food craving, they prevent some of the calories from getting absorbed into your system and they make you feel full faster. How could we not love chia?
